In this journey, we use a three-part active rhythmic breath: continuous, mouth-based, and done lying down, allowing the body to be fully engaged without interruption.
This style of breathwork is not about sedation or bypass. It is a deliberately activating practice that stirs, awakens, and clears at the cellular and energetic level.

My name is Elisha Tichelle. I am a priestess, sacred life mentor, and embodiment coach for visionaries, creatives, healers, and coaches.

Do I need experience with breathwork?
No. This journey is designed for both beginners and seasoned breathers. Each session includes clear guidance, somatic prep, and integration support. The beauty of this breathwork is the power to meet the practitioner where they are and can be dialed up or down in intensity depending on your unique nervous system and readiness.
What kind of breathwork is it?
This is a sacred, alchemically informed breathwork style rooted in rhythmic connected breathing, energy medicine, and elemental fieldwork, crafted to be trauma-informed, body-honoring, and spiritually potent. This form of active breathwork is through the lineage of David Elliott, of which Elisha is a recognized teacher and healer.
How long are the sessions?
Each breathwork session ranges from 45–55 minutes, including invocation, active breathwork, and a soft integration landing.
How should I prepare?
You’ll receive a sacred setup guide with everything you need, from altar items to somatic readiness to post-session grounding. All you need is a quiet space, a willing breath, and a courageous heart.
Can I repeat sessions or revisit the spiral?
Yes! This is designed to be a cyclical path. You may revisit any stage at any time, returning to the Gate and alchemical stage that calls you most. Integration deepens each time you return to the sessions.
Is this for women only?
