And no amount of certifications or business strategy is going to ever make up for the fear that you aren’t enough to do the work you came here to do.
And fake till you make it and pretending to be a “bossbabe” only takes you further from your path.
And you sitting alone in your room cooking up these grandiose plans and offers and programs that could change the world doesn’t actually work…
If you don’t hold the magnetic EMBODIED attraction of what you are desiring to create with your service!
Because you haven’t yet discovered your authentic way of showing up fully to serve.
And so no one shows up. (Or at least not as many people as you need or want)
No one registers. (Or at least not enough to make it feel like you are really doing it)
No one buys. (Or at least not enough to feel like you are getting a return on the investments you’ve made on all your training and coaches)
And you are back again to wrestling with the imposter and flinging all the spaghetti.
It can seem like the easiest thing to do when you don’t know what else to do would be:
- Sticking strictly to your modalities and scripts
- Trying to copy everything that your teachers did
- And following everyone else’s advice on what you “should” offer
- And taking all of those personality tests that seem to tell you what to do, or who you are, or even which leadership style is your superpower…
But this doesn’t actually work.
Because there is no true magnetism when you are only replicating and following what everyone else has done or is telling you to do instead of following your own unique sacred medicine.
So even though you still have this great desire to show up in the world fully as YOU, lit up and passionate about your SERVICE and really living into the fullness of your PURPOSE….
You just can’t seem to figure out who the F&*K you actually are at the Soul level and how to translate that into expression and service in this life.
Here’s the thing...
That “Why” statement you wrote in your modality training didn’t even scratch the surface of the TRUTH of who you are. That “Why” probably came from your head, and you don’t actually trust it.
Because WHO you are and WHY you are here is much more POWERFUL and DYNAMIC, and frankly, it scares the S&*T out of you!
And so you try to figure out the work without becoming yourself (because #toobright), except you are getting tired of feeling like you're spinning your wheels, playing around in all the “whats” that you do and “hows” that you go about doing it.
And since no coach mentions it in their blueprint, you didn’t realize until now that to lead the work you are here to lead, YOU will have to become the person you came here to be.
Let me say it straight - It is time to expand your nervous system to hold the full regulation that allows the radiant and wild “WHO” that you actually are to show up for the work!
When you are actually HERE for a revolution, the change and the growth you will be asking people to make will likely be perceived as a threat (too different and too much charge) to their Nervous Systems.
Especially because when you can’t yet hold the charge of the transformation in your own regulation, you can’t safely guide them through the work either.
So you have to meet and work through the threats in YOUR own Nervous System. This is the only way the imposter gets a new job as head cheerleader.
Until you are deeply EMBODIED in the truth of your work, you cannot hold the actual VOLTAGE required (as electrical power through your nervous system) because it will be seen as a THREAT.
Even the best business strategies won’t work if they aren’t coming from an authentic place of true Embodiment…because your nervous system will treat each one of them like a THREAT, or they will become a COPING MECHANISM that will eventually have to break down.
And when you build your business or service offers from coping mechanisms, this keeps you stuck in survival energy and the only place to go from there is to blow it all up because this is finite energy that CAN NOT GO ON in a sustainable way.
But when you build your service from an ORGANIC and EMBODIED place anchored in the truth of who you are, you will create strategies that you can hold in your nervous system easily that don’t feel like threats to your system.
This means you won’t be stuck in cycles of sabotage trying to counter these threats, continually trying to out-create the system you are living in!
Ultimately, it doesn’t actually matter what modalities you offer your work through.
What matters MOST is how you are working with WHO you are as the sacred carrier of YOUR unique medicine.
Your service as “just a modality you are trained in” doesn’t go anywhere when what you are here for is a REVOLUTION, so all of the “hows” and the “whats” that you do can only take you so far.
Until you understand the literal map of who you are as that sacred medicine carrier, as someone who is here to weave something into the world of deep devotion and offering through grace, love, and CHANGE… then all of the other stuff is just “stuff.”
Being able to trust and believe in the sacred medicine that you carry is the whole point.
And the full EXPANSION is when you come to understand yourself as one who carries something of deep value and can then offer that value to others in a way that is truly felt and received.
This all begins by deeply knowing WHO you are. And WHY you are here. And learning to TRUST it.
And that is exactly why the EXPAND program was created!

This Program is for you if:

This program is not for you if:
- You struggle with or are not interested in deep self-reflection/introspection at the Soul level.
- You are unwilling to open to changes in your current belief structure about how you know yourself/who you think you are.
- You are not open to elements of mysticism in deepening with your unique purpose and sacred medicine - including astrology, gene keys, human design, and other ways of knowing yourself beyond your personality.
- You are unwilling to show up fully present in group settings. While we understand the vulnerability of being in a group setting, this program requires opening yourself to be seen and held. In this togetherness of unmasking, you do not have to show up having it all put together. And it is ok to speak even when your voice trembles or your tears are flowing.
- If you are unable to trust that the benefits of the work will outweigh the uncomfortable edge you are meeting while leaning in and finding your footing in the group.
- You are only looking for Business Coaching/Support and not interested in deeper self-excavation work.
- You are unable/unwilling to self-initiate and follow through on guided experiential exercises & deepening work on your own time.

About your guides:
Elisha Tichelle - Expand Creator, Master Coach, and Teacher
Elisha Tichelle is a sacred life mentor and embodiment coach for visionaries, creatives, healers, and coaches. As the Priestess behind the Leader, Elisha creates space for sacred leaders to experience the embodiment of their Essence, allowing them to trust their power, create their sacred service to have a greater impact in their communities, and authentically express their truth.
As an oracle of Divine Feminine wisdom, Elisha’s mission is to help create a new cosmology for humanity by reclaiming our sacred nature and knowing ourselves as the holy ground. Through Sacred Soul Somatics, Elisha weaves her 20+ year career as a tenured professor of somatics and dance with Breathwork, Energy work, intuitive channeling, and transpersonal psychology for a whole system approach to healing and transformation.
As a professor, Elisha was an embedded faculty member in the Arts and Design Research Incubator with her research into somatic interventions for trauma and stress. Megan Marie Moore - Expand Facilitator & Teacher
Megan Marie Moore is a Priestess, Ceremonialist, and Minister who leads Sacred Soul Somatics and works with nervous system healing as a path for Embodied Spirituality. As a Hearth Tender, Megan creates deeply supportive experiences to open the body and sensory system so that the wisdom of the heart can be felt and known.
Megan has been working intimately with Elisha for 20 years and now serves as a co-teacher and mentor in the nervous system expansion and training programs of Elisha Tichelle & Co. and facilitates the Community. Megan is a Certified Heroine's Mystical Journey Facilitator, Certified Breathwork Practitioner, and Certified Movement Analyst. She also holds a degree in Kinesiology and an MFA in Dance & Movement, as well as training in massage, bodywork, yoga, and other somatic practices. Megan is an ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister through One Spirit Seminary.
Rose Bohn - Expand Program Support & Mentor
Rose is a professor, writer, embodied writing coach, priestess, mentor for the Evolution Training program, and beloved of trees. When she’s not at her day job teaching technical writing at Penn State University, she teaches online courses that apply neuro-wise techniques to enhance creativity. Her every-moment job is teaching herself to love herself, to live from the inside, and to express from her Sacred Core. She bridges the practical and the unconventional, helping students and clients develop neuro-resiliency that allows all their creative work to grow in new and unexpected directions so that, together, we can write a new story for humanity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there 1:1 support in this program?
Yes. Expand is a group program, but there will be opportunities to receive direct 1:1 support from Elisha during the Heart Seat Group Coaching sessions. There is also an option to add on a private 1:1 package with Elisha at a special Expand rate when you register.
How long is access?
You will have ongoing access to all recordings and materials as long as you have completed all of your payments.
What if I can’t come to the sessions LIVE?
All sessions in the Expand program are recorded, with replays available within 24 hours. So, while it's great to have you live with us whenever possible, it is not necessary to receive the benefits of this work!
Is this a certification program?
No. The Expand program is not a modality training or certification. Expand is geared towards your personal healing and transformation in embodying your purpose to amplify your service and work in the world. The program content may not be used in any format other than your individual self-work.
Will this program include mentorship on my business and service?
Yes. Professional Mentorship around your unique purpose, service offerings, and work in the world is available via the Expand Heart Seat Group Coaching sessions. Deeper 1:1 support is also available if you choose to add private 1:1 leadership sessions with Elisha to your Expand program.
Do I have to have a business to join this program?
No. Your service and sacred medicine can take on any form, expression, or offering. You do not need to be an entrepreneur to fulfill your mission in this world, and all expressions of purpose and service are welcomed and celebrated in this program!
